K. Heeps Inc. is a direct to end user food manufacturing and distribution company, serving an approximately 150 mile radius from Allentown, Pa. We are one of the few wholesalers in the area that hand-cuts made-to-order meat and seafood products. This allows restaurants, institutions, and further processors to purchase freshly processed proteins in exact quantities saving time and inventory. Each day Heeps grinds fresh meat for burgers, sausages, patties, etc., as well as, portions any raw protein to any spec. We also have an in house USDA certified aged beef program. Specially cut or trimmed, bone in frenched, heart shaped filet, special sausage recipe, no problem, we do it all. We live by our slogan "You dream it, we make it."
A U.S.D.A. inspector is on site to ensure the quality of our products (U.S.D.A. Establishment #9379). K. Heeps is also a member of N.A.M.P.
